By purchasing products and downloads from ThankYouPosters.com you agree to the Terms & Conditions stated below. These license and terms do not transfer copyright. No right, title or interest in any content is transferred to you, whether as a result of downloading such content or otherwise. ThankYouPosters.com retains complete copyright, title and full intellectual property rights in all content.

 

ARTWORK STANDARD LICENSE

All posters from ThankYouPosters.com come with the following license for usage:

YOU MAY:

  1. Print as many copies as you need for your store / company / organization.
  2. Use it in your internal publication, product packaging, interior decorative element, sign, business stationeries.
  3. Alter and re-layout the artwork and use it for in-house purpose.

 

YOU MAY NOT:

  1. Claim any ThankYouPosters.com product as your own.
  2. Resell it either as printed material or digital file.
  3. Use it as a part of commercial publication (such as book, calendar, etc.) without our permission.
  4. Sell it on stock sites (such as Shutterstock, Dreamstime, etc.) or as downloads on any website.
  5. Sell it on print-on-demand sites (such as Zazzle, CafePress, Spoonflower, etc.) .
  6. Give away, share, or offer the artwork as ‘freebies’ for public usage in its original form.

OWNERSHIP / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All posters are exclusively owned by ThankYouPosters.com as the operator of the site. All the artworks are created by our in-house graphic designers. 

 

INSTANT DIGITAL DOWNLOAD

ThankYouPosters.com provides the posters as downloadable digital goods (NOT physical posters). After the payment is done, you will receive the download link instantly in your email (the one associated with your PayPal account).

The download link is valid 72 hours (3 days). If for any reason you haven’t done your download while the link is already expired, please contact us to get a new fresh link.

The artwork file you receive is compressed into a ZIP folder to make it lighter and faster to download. You need to UNZIP it before you can use it. You can get the zip / unzip tool for free at WinZip.

 

POSTER SIZE

The posters come in the popular sizes of banners and posters.  And since the artworks were created in Vector image format, they have unlimited scalable capability. That means, you can scale the artwork up to a billboard size and still get the same image sharpness as the original size.

 

FILE FORMAT

All the artworks were originally created in Vector image format and stored in PDF, or PDF/X-1A to be precise. This file format is a special sub-PDF standard that meets ISO standards and has been commonly used for professional printing output. In order to open the PDF file, you must have the PDF reader installed on your workstation. This software is available for free from Adobe Software. Click here to get Adobe Acrobat® Reader. 

NO REFUND POLICY

Since ThankYouPosters.com is offering non-tangible, irrevocable, digital goods; we do NOT issue refunds, which you are responsible for understanding. All sales are final. You cannot cancel a purchase or receive a refund for a purchase.

 

SECURE ONLINE PAYMENT

We use PayPal as payment processing partner. If you do not have a PayPal account, just select the option to pay with a credit card on the checkout page (for some countries Paypal requires you to create an account). PayPal will sent a Payment Confirmation to your email for any transaction you have done at ThankYouPosters.com

If for any reason your download link is broken, or the file is corrupted, or any other type of malfunction, please let us know, send an email to support@thankyouposters.com  or use the contact form on this site, and we will respond to you promptly.
